small lift for a '97

my brother has a 2wd 97 f150 scab. hes been using it for work to haul crap and the back drops quite a bit. i told him to get a couple add a leafs and a spacer for the front to raise it a little bit and then he can put some bigger tires on there. any other ideas out there?

3.5 inch doestch tech spindle lift on ebay. Its about 350 or so. Can fit 33's easily with the right rim choice. Come with 3.5 inch lift spindles and a 2 inch rear lift block. I had this lift on my last truck and it was great!

Do you all know if anyone makes an Add-a leaf for the 97 2wd? I want to do the spindle lift but not too keen on the rear blocks as I am looking for improved payload/towing as well

Just about all of the major suspension companies make them.

I have a 3.5 inch spindle lift and LOVE it! I used a Trailmaster 2" AAL and the back barely sags under load now.
