Thump - Does the Rize come with the 6" block or is something that you had to purchase outside the kit? I tried looking for it on the Rize website but it just says 2 rear blocks and doesn't give the size. How do you like the Bilsteins up front? I also have a 95 Wrangler with Bilsteins all around and they ride pretty good. With your lift how tall is the truck from the ground to the highest point on the truck? Sorry for all the questions.. Thanks a lot for all the info thus far.

The Rize comes with the 6" block. The Rize kit also comes with either standard white body shock for the rear or Bilstein 5150s for an extra cost. I'd also get a 2" add-a-leaf if you want it to sit level. I added the Bilstein 5100s up front and love them over the stock shocks or the Ranchos I had on my previous 2004 F150. The CV angles with the stock Rize kit are perfect, just like stock. My angles arn't even too bad with the additional 2" from the Bilstein 5100s. I can't get you a measurement because I'm not with my truck right now. I'll try to get it later.

Thanks for all the info. Looking through your albums it the CV angles didn't look bad at all. I guess I'm going to get with North Florida or Toy store and get everything ordered since they aren't an authorized dealer. I def. want it to sit level so I'll go with the AAL's. I'm just courious how tall it will sit. Thanks again for all the info

Just got a quote for $6400 out the door for the Rize, AAL's, Bilstein shocks, 20x10 951's and 37/13.50-20 Toyo MT's. What do you guys think?

I would do it, but if you do tell them to leave your stock 2" block in so you wont have any sag in the rear.

I was figuring that's what the 2in AAL's were doing for me in the back. Is that not the case? Thump?

Are you getting the Bilstein 5100s up front? If so you'll need to leave them uncranked unless you want it to sit bull dog. I would never suggest stacking blocks either, it's a no no. The 2" add-a-leaf will level it out.

Yeah I can't wait to take delivery of the truck. I talked to the guy that said he could do everything but he is advising me to regear. It's a brand new truck and I understand with the 37's and lift it may/may not void out some warranty but what do you guys suggest about the regearing? Good/Bad/Indifferent?

If you have the money, it wouldn't be a bad idea to do so. My truck is actually at the shop having 4.88s put in it as we speak. Another thing you'll want to pick up is a tuner. I'd suggest a Xcal2 from VMP Tuning. You'll need it to fix the speedometer with the larger tires so your shift points arn't all out of whack. If you have anymore questions, just let me know.

Where did you end up going? I was in the Auto Toy Store today getting my buddy a toolbox. Wherever you ended up going im sure i'll see ya around town. Let us know how your experience goes at either place and can't wait to see it!

I went to 4WP in Orlando to get the gears done. 4.88s front and rear with a MagTech rear differential cover. I couldn't be happier with the results. I still haven't got on it and I'm completely impressed with the power increase. I've only drove it a little bit and my gas mileage has went up .5 mpg and that was highway miles! I also did a lot of driving offroad to get the front differential working and it pulls soo much better!!
