I believe the cheaper of the two is a single pin block whiel the other is a double pin block.

Do any of you know if the 97-03 2wd fabtechg 7.5" lift sits with a sag in the back. I am gonna buy one soon and I'm wondering if I should prepare to get some different blocks

I would call fabtech or check out their website and see what size the blocks that come with it are. it might be leaf springs or something because i think that is a spindle lift............anyone?

The 7.5" has 5" blocks, and i believe it uses lift spindles, but what is the difference is thisusing spindles as opposed to what? oh and still does anyone know if it sits low in the back?

The term "spindle lift" has something to do with what actually creates the lift in the front end of the vehicle. I think it means the springs or control arms or something up there in the front that is the main component of the actual lift.

I wish I could answer the rear sag issue for you....

I'm glad so many people have this concern on their minds as well

As it's been said, you should NEVER stack lift blocks.
