fabtech has a couple more pieces to their kit such as diff brace, driveshaft spacer but the main reason to go with fabtech over pro comp is you get a new shock up front instead of a spacer and have to reuse oem shock which is a big help when it comes to both security and no tie rod / cv rubbing issues because the oem coil sits in the same position with the pro comp vs the coil being raised up due to the extended fabtech shock. Oh yeah, the crossmembers look way better on the fabtechs as well

Don't know who you're trying but I've got 14 of them for the 04+ 4x4. PM me if you can't find them.

we've gotten really good feedback on BOTH kits. Fabtech are a little more high quality and a little more expensive, but if you do you homework you can get both at a fair price.

Kansas pretty much said it all. Spacer (Pro Comp) vs new shock (Fabtech). I looked at both kits and considered costs and for me the spacer just wasn't something I wanted so I went Fabtech and have never doubted my decision.

I went with procomp because it was cheaper and I knew I was going to step up to coil overs anyways.
