What would cause this?

I have a 07 Expedition with 900 miles on it. After doing some freeway driving I have noticed I can not drive the truck straight. I am constantly making small left and right adjustments to the steering wheel on a perfectly straight road. This is very annoying and makes driving very tiresome. If I let go of the wheel the truck does not pull drastically to one side but will 'drift' to the right with the steering wheel held firmly in the dead center position. Strange. Does anyone have any ideas on this? Thank you.

I would guess your alignment is off. Certainly ,after only 900 miles, this is something the dealer should be taking care of.

Also, it does not matter how straight a road is. It will have a crown and wear patterns, and depending upon which side of the crown/wear patterns you are, will decide which way the vehicle drifts. try differnt roads and if multilane, different lanes. All roads have to have crowns or rain will not move off and cause problems.
Get the alignment, with that mileage it will be warranty, check for correct air pressure all the way around too. If one side is low, that will cause a drift too. Dragging brakes will too.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of factors on what can cause the problem.

Thanks for the tips. Yes, this occurs on all freeways. Brand new lanes or rough old ones. I will have the dealer check it out. I didn't know if this was an alignment or power steering system problem.
