2001 F-150 Supercab, 55k miles, stock everything.
its been like this for years, and its getting worse. the dealer says that it cannot figure out what's wrong, even though i think that's crap. the previous owner also had this problem.
the squeek happens when i'm driving and goes away when i stop. i dont need to hit a bump for the squeek to happen, i just drive.
i've looked for loose screws, bolts, nuts, etc, nothing. i've looked for things that might rub together - a possibility might be the bumper cover. below the grille and headlights - above the chrome bumper.
can anyone tell me typical things that could be loose?

dust covers for front discs?
i had a similar problem with my truck and it turned out to be the front dust covers: it would squeek when rolling but stop when the brakes were applied., so.. check behind your wheels, they might be rotted, if so you can just bend, and break off whatever is left, and get a new set., hope this helps.
