Please Help... Bad Noise!

Ok Guys/ Gals,
Need Alittle Insight; (thanks for the Info on Coils aswell)

Here's My issue. . I've researched other common threads...

I Have a 2006 F-150 with 23,000miles on it 4x4 4door 5.4L

I Installed a 6in Skyjacker maybe 5,000 miles or so ago.. now I've been having this bad Creek/poppin noise from the Front (seems to come from turns & mild bumps) and the Back im getting a Very annoying sqeek (im runnin stock shocks with an add-a-leaf) this all happened maybe 3,000 miles ago, So its a BRAND NEW TRUCK, Brand new Kit.

i find it hard to believe Ball Joints, Bushing and Rods are my issue this early in the Game.. where do i Start? ? ?

Thanks In Advance!

I'd bet something is working it's way loose. I'd go through and check all the nuts/bolts.
