the rear end suspension is creaking on me. 03 f150 4.6 4x4 with 60,000km. when i go over bumps it makes a rattling sound like something is loose, and when the truck is parked and i push the top of the tire back and forth so the truck rocks side to side, it creaks like crazy. is there anything i should look for to tighten up or anything before i bring it to the dealer? thanks.

 

the same thing happens with mine. i think its the tailgate rubbing on the side of the bed. when you flex the suspension the bed flexes and the tailgate rubs.

 

i'll check into that, but i'm fairly sure it's coming from the suspension/wheel assembly.
