Fabtech Shocks

Hey fellas, I have a 6' procomp kit on my 06 and my buddy called me to let me know, that he was getting the dirt logics for his truck and I could have his fabtech coilovers. Is it worth me swapping the spacer set up and slapping those in in? I have heard it is a direct bolt on but does it make a big difference...

Thanks in advance

I don't have any first hand knowledge of them, but from what I've read here and elsewhere I'd have to say yes.

if you can get coilovers not matter what brand get them. My question is why is he swiching from one coilover to the other I doubt he will notice a ride differece all lift kit shocks are about the same as far as valving goes.

Little confused here because dirt logic is a fabtech product. Think what you're saying is he's upgrading from his factory coils with fabtech shocks on them to the fabtech dirt logics which would then give you his factory coils with fabtech shocks already mounted on them so you could get rid of your spacer. If they were free I'd go that route but if he wants money then I wouldn't.

I think Kansas Joe is correct. I think the standard Fabtech coilover shock would be a slight improvement over your OEM coilover shocks.

Yeah, he was giving me his basic fabtech shocks and he is upgrading to dirt logic. I was wondering if my ride would improve that much or I should just wait beacus it's not worth the work and buy the procomp coils when I get my trac bars...
