i wanna go with a small lift able to clear 35's on aftermarket 18's.
the wheels would be moto metal 951's
what ya'll suggest?

Go for a Rancho lift. They kind of make the lift just enough to clear the tires that you want. I assume that you meant that you wanted just enough lift to clear 35s?

I'm on their website right now and it says that the lift clears 35s with no drivetrain or exhaust mods. I suggest you check their website.

 

You could also install a 3 inch Performance Accessories body lift and an Autospring leveling kit.
