Level Kit Instructions

Does anyone have any level kit instructions they could post or email me? I'm looking at the Skyjacker or maybe Top Gun leveling kit for my 2004 f150. Also, how long did it take you and how much skill is involved? Was it bad out of alignment after the lift or still driveable?

Any time you change the ride height you will (normally) need an alignment. As for leveling kit instructions, it would depend on the year of your truck and what kind of kit.

I'll take a guess that you have an 04-07 and since the spacer leveling kit is the most common, I'll also guess you mean that and tell you it's nothing more than adding the spacer to the top of your oem coilover. Typically it involves separating the upper ball joint, unbolting the sway bar at the top of the mount to the lower A-arm and removing the coilover and then reinstalling with the spacer in place on the coilover. Torque spec for the upper ball joints is 85 ft.lbs

Good luck
