Question Front Suspension noise

i have a 98 f150 4x4 that recently has started to make noise in the front right side. its a loud squeaking noise when i drive on a rough road or just go push down and bounce the front end. does anyone know what it could be and how to fix it? thanks

It could be your upper or lower A-arm bushings, a bad ball joint, worn out sway bar bushings or (less likely but possible) a bad shock. the fix would be to replace it.
