3in lift.... a few questions
3in lift.... a few questions
Well I want to lift my truck up, and a friend of mine has a 3in, and i love the look. A little info on my truck and me.. im only 16 so im getting 6.65/hr so price needs to be somewhat cheap. I drive a 2000 F150 2WD 4.7l, with new 30" all-terrain tires. I found this lift kit on ebay for $150.. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1997-...QQcmdZViewItem
I wanting to make sure that it's not known for bad quality... since im new to the whole lifting thing.
Also, I ran this idea by my parents and they pretty much shot it down for a few reasons. Cost- i told them im paying every cent of it, Insurance- there telling me that it will raise the insurance, im not sure if it does, but if so how much? if yall know, please speak up, and they also say its ruining the "integrity" of my truck... which i think is a load of crap... am i wrong?
Please let me know what you think..

The Performance Accessories body lift is the best body lift on the market. It should not affect your insurance rates and it will not hurt your truck. I'm on my third truck with a PA body lift and have never had a problem.
