Side to side level
'03 screw 4x4, no matter how many adjustments I make
to the torsion bars I can't get level. When viewed from
the rear--passenger side is always an inch to inch and a
half higher. I've no cargo,full tank/empty same thing,bumper
not tweaked. Know its trivial but a friend has same problem
with '01 screw, and its not just the bed a little out of whack.

Sounds like a bad leaf spring - trying to dial in the torsion bars would have minimal effect, other than making the front end crooked too. Check the leaf spring on the low side. Look for broken leaves and general condition.
