2007 F150 how to get higher ???

Okay I have already done a 6" Pro-comp lift, it has 35x13.50x20 MT ATZ tires, rims are 20x10 mazzi hulks. I just got the truck back about 1-2 weeks ago, but think that I would like to go a little higher. Maybe in the range of 2.5 to 3 inches higher. What is the best way to accomplish this ???

Best way? Bigger suspension lift and tires...

Most cost effective? Body lift...

I was thinking about an add a leaf or a body lift. Just wonder what the cost is on either one. As for going bigger suspension lift, don't really want to do that, just got the pro comp and like it a lot. But just want a little more height as in 2.5 to 3".

im asuming you have the basic procomp.... if you get the procomp coilovers they are fully adjustable and you could get another 2"s out of that and then put an add a leaf in the rear to level it out.... thats going to be much more expensive then a body lift but look alot nicer.... is also a great way to get a few extra inches its cheap and serves its purpose.

Bud that is what I was thinking either that way or the body lift just cannot decide which way I want to go with this as of yet. Just looking for some suggestions on how to get the extra lift I am wanting.

Thanks

I would say go coilovers and then add-a-leaf. My truck isn't lifted YET but I do know that body lifts can look dumb IMO. SOMETIMES they look alright I just don't like the gaps that they create. Do the coilovers and add-a-leaf and the truck will still look awesome and you won't have gaps anywhere, very sexy. Just my .02

Do you have any rubbing anywhere with the 13.50 tire.

i would say go with a 3 inch body lift and throw some 38s on there...and its the cheapest way to get more clearance

Only on hard right turns going into the drive way, as it is a steep grade. I will be getting that fixed soon, just got the truck 3-4 weeks ago and the lift a week or so. It is a slight rub but a rub none the less.

when i get my fabtech im either going to do the DL 2.5's or the donahoe racing coilovers. So id say coilovers and an aal I dont like body lifts, they just look dumb and they arent very functional and can make things complicated, or so ive read.

Yep I would agree, the body lift here in houston is about $1000 installed. So for me the best look fit and finish is what I am after. I am going to do the Coilovers and AAL. Then I will be done with that part of the truck.

i got the 6" pro comp and the 3" body lift. doesnt look too shabby at all. it only ran me 300$ for the kit and 500$ for installation (gap guards installed). i have bombed by 4x4 f150's with 6inch lift w/ 20s and 37s and iam up higher then em. and iam only on a 17" wheel and a 35" tire. check it out...
