Am I missing something? You posted a link to a 15x12 inch wheel with a 8x6.5 inch bolt pattern. The 97-03 F-150's use a 5x135mm bolt pattern. I scrolled through the Rockcrawlers and they don't list a 15 inch wheel with our bolt pattern.
