That's one of the good things about a body lift, the ride quality is not affected. The Performance Accessories kits come complete with everything you need including steering extension, radiator shroud drop brackets, bumper relocation brackets, etc. I installed mine myself over a weekend. I don't offroad my truck, but a ton of people at FTW do some serious offroading with their trucks equipped with body lifts with no problems.

torsion bars??

How far can you crank up the torsion bars?? Can you go as far as they allow??

Would aftermarket ones give you more lift??

looking to do this to my 2002 F-150

you cn crank the torsion bars as far as they will go, but jut remember the farther you go with them the less travel you will have in the front end as well as the ride will stiffen up. The aftermarket torsion bar keys that you were speaking of give you between 2"-2.5" but will stress the front end more than just cranking the torsion bars....so if your just lookinfor a way to fit a larger tire, it would be ok, but if your plannin on wheelin your truck, be careful with the torsion bar keys

Is that the only way to get the frontend of my 02 up?? i havent been able to find any spacers like they sell for the 04. I will do some wheelin every now and then.

Yep. You can either crank up the torsion bars or install a full suspension lift.
