Does a large tire kill the power of the 5.4?

Ok, so anyone with a large tire on there new 04 and up having any power issues running a 33" or 35" tire with out changing your rearend? I have 3.73's and am debating the 33" tire or the 35" tire. Anyone have advise?

I have heard it makes it a little sluggish. I have 33's on my truck with a exhaust, CAI, and a chip and it does alright

Yes, you should be able to live with 35's, a 5.4 and 3.73 gears.

Haha! yeah, it wont make that much of a diff. Even if it slows you down, you will look twice as good!

35's with 3.73's will slow you down, but nothing a programmer can't cure! 33's not too bad.

you need to make a signature. Go to User CP at the top.

At the top go to quick links and click it, then go to edit signature. Then when your editing where it shows the spell check and stuff there is an icon for add picture. Hope that works for you.

Hey SCREWedUP, I figured it out. When you copy the photo from the forum code in the album and paste it in the window for the add picture, make sure the http:// is deleted first! Im pretty sure that how i did it. it should have [IMG] in the front of the link and [IMG] behind the link. Hope you get it.
