I've got 35" Nitto Mud Grapplers with Edge, Volant, and Flows. The biggest help by far is the Edge though. You won't be hurting for power with it.

I have 33's and my truck is stock. I also have a 5.4L with 3.73 gears. I did noticed a slight lag, but not enough to matter. I just recently got the pcu flash update and it feels like a new truck. Way better responsiveness and acceleration. Whatever lag I had before is gone.

Just put on 305/65/18's from the stock 20's

Saw no diff in power.

Stock without the edge was too slow. Edge give the edge.

What about running 33's with 3.55 LS gears with the 2006 5.4 3v ?

I just went from 265x60r18's to 35x12.50r18 tires and noticed a little bit of a power decrease in my truck. I have the Xcal II & Troyer tunes on order though so that should fix me right up. Even if you don't go with a programmer you can take your truck back to the dealership and they can adjust your speedo and shift points for you.

Got news for ya - a Dodge Neon will still suck you headlites out, with or without the tires ....

Simple power-to-weight. Sorry.

And anytime you add heavier running gear, it will take more available power to motivate... That's simple physics.

Don't be surprised if it feels a little doggy - just preparing you ....
