LIFTING Question

I need some advise. I have a 2001 f250 superduty. I wanted to lifted. Can I use a 2.5 leveling kit and get a bigger block for the back. If so how high would it actually lift my truck. Would this be the same thing useing a 4" suspention lift. I want to put 315/75 on. Please help thanks.

You can install a leveling kit up front. You can go with either a hanger/shackle setup or a mini-spring pack/add-a-leaf. You will basically be limited to about 2.5 inches of lift up front with either setup. Out back, you can install a taller lift block if you want. With this setup, you will be able to fit a 35x12.50 tire (like a 315/75-16) on a 10 inch wide wheel (barely).

I had an 03 Superduty that I put add a leafs on the front and back. My truck was already level in the front due to having the snowplow package. I also put a bigger block in the rear. I put 295's on it at first but I felt that the rear was now higher then the front so i took it to a spring shop and they added another leaf up front. I easily ran 315's (35") on it after that. It did ride rough with all those add a leafs but it looked good.
