how big of lift on daystar spacers

i have heard from several different threads on here that if you get a 1.5 inch leveling kit, it actually raises your truck about 2 inches i was just seeing if this was true...

Leveling kits are sold by their lift height, not the actual size of the spacer.

What I mean is most companies advertise their spacers by the lift they give. So if you buy a "2 inch spacer" it will give you 2 inches of lift, but the spacer itself will probably not measure 2 inches thick.

Yes I had the same question when I got my 2.5" leveling kit in the mail because it only measured 1 3/4". After doing some research and talking with some of the people on here who set me straight I will still get the 2.5" lift in the front.

All I know is my 2 1/2" Daystar lifted my truck about 2 3/4" leveled it out perfectly with the rear. No complaint's except for the way they install.
