Monroe Reflex Shocks Installed...

Great shock. Firmer, but ride better over large bumps that the stock "heavy duty" shocks. Of course, the stock shocks were completely blown up front (I compressed them last night, and they're still compressed this morning ), but still. They give an excellent balance between comfort and control. You also can't beat $39.99 each...

Only thing that sucked was having to buy a 20mm wrench for the front shocks (the nut welded to the shock shaft that keeps it from turning). I couldn't find one without going to Sears (not spending $15 on a one time use wrench) so I bought a 13/16ths wrench at Kragen for $8 and it worked perfectly.

BTW guys, save yourself some elbow grease and use some sort of penetrant on the upper nut for the shocks, especially the front driver's side one (stupid bracket means no ratchet).
