Question Lift Spindles

I was wondering if anyone made lift spindles for a 2000 4x4 F-150. Could I buy just the spindles without the kit? I want to raise the front of my truck up but don't want to raise torsion bars too much, because I want to put 2" blocks in the rear. If I do raise my torsion bars, How hard is it to install the adjustable cam bushings so I can get my alignment right? I dont think mine has the adjustable one on it from the factory. How can I tell? All the spindles I saw are for 2 wheel drive trucks.

No one makes lift spindles for 4x4's, you have to buy a complete kit. Also, F-150's do no come with adjustable camber bolts from the factory.
