which lift

I have a stock 2006 f-150 fx4, and I want to put a lift on it and I cant figure out which one to put on. I ask all the dealers and they say to get the six inch pro comp lift, but reading on the form here, it seems that lift isn't a good choice. I realy don't want to do any cutting, unless I have to. So I have been thanking about these four lifts: Rancho 4", Skyjacker 6", Pro Comp stage 2 6", of Fabtech 6". I plan on running moto metal 951's, and 35x13.5x18 procomp extreme at. All this lift is for is the ride, and maybe a little bit of towing for my jeep.

Rize would be my truck if I had the extra $$$...

I went with Fabtech which I'm really like and glad I did.

The price dont bother me on the rize, but I realy want something with a skidplate. And if I did get the rize kit it would be the 8" lift with 37, but Im afraid I would have to change gears.

Out of those 4, what is proably the best ride.

it does have a skid plate for the differential look on there site you will see. and you dont NEED to regear for 37"s it not realy that bad, im getting an edge today and most others have said that it really wakes the truck up even with 37"s the 8" kit is amazing i would highly recomend it as would anyone else who has it

as for the ride, i cant say about any other kits since i have not expierienced any of them but i love the ride of mine!

If you're thinking 6" lift, I'd say go with the RCD!
