question for those with lifts
question for those with lifts
i've been thinking about getting a 6" inch lift for awhile now, but had a few questions for those of you who have them.
after you lift it do you still use your bed for moving stuff? is it difficult to load and unload at that height, do you need a step stool or something? the reason i asked this, is last night i was helping my bro pick up some drywall. I was happy at the height it was at, so that the drywall just slid right in. If it's lifted, I wondered how difficult it would be to load things like that.
how about driving ability? i realize it's not a sports car, but how much difference does the handling change when it's lifted?
the main reason i'm thinking about getting the lift, is well, basically the looks. But i would also love to get off road on occasion and play in the mud!(haven't yet, for fear of getting stuck with stock suspension and tires)
I know this site has a bunch of great people, which is why i'm always floating around looking for ideas, and solutions!
Thanks for any help!
