trooks or anyone that knows backspacing

its a lil late because i already ordered everything. but this setup should work right? 36x15.50x20, basic fabtech 6" lift, 2.5" AS, 20" chrome mazzi hulk. the backspacing of the rims are 4.91. Trooks is 4 .75 and his setup works. does anyone think this is gunna rub? if it did rub (hopefull not) could i go with a 3" body lift to clear it up? someone please let me know bout this thanks!!

The kit suggests that you run 35's. since you are running the AS I am preety sure you would be ok. There may be a little rubbing when off road or turning all the way from side to side. If the rubbing gets to bothering you too much then run the body lift. Personally I would just figure out a way to get rid of the rubbing w/o useing a bodylift. Another thing that you might consider is a AAL for the rear. Your front end is going to sit a little bit higher with just the lift, but with the AS there will be a noticeable difference.

I agree, you rear end will be squating down.....but some want that look

I'm sure trooks will chime in here...but i'm pretty sure you'll rub a little too (on the inner rear part of the front fender), steering wheel fully turned hitting a bump or offroading..

Just wondering if you have a 4x4 or 4x2? What size on the rims? 20x? That's make a difference, because 15.50 is wide... I believe you may have to trim a little if it's a 4x4, but it will work IMO.

it is a FX4. the rims are 20x10. yeah i know ima have to raise the rear a lil bit. i HATE that rear sagging look. one more question. Would wheel spacers solve the rubbing if it was just minor rubbing? Alot of peeps say that wheel spacers are bad but i know ALOT of guys running them on BIG 4x4s with no problem. but would that do me any good if it was rubbing? i would like to stay away from the body lift also but also dont want any rubbing.

I don't see a spacer doing anything to change the situation...you'd need to have the tires pushed out of the wheel well like some of those low riders I see running around on like 13's...

that being said..I know you don't want rubbing. There's probably only going to be very slight rubbing, if any...really nothing to sweat about....

put your mind at ease...you went with a nice set up...remember, alot of people are putting 37's under those fabtech 6in lifts and getting away with it.

i really just needed that reassurance. i was talkin about wheel spacers cause they would push the wheel and tire away from the wheel well. i would think that would help and have been told it does if the rubbing is on the inside walls. but thanks bro for helpin!
