Sagging?

I installed a 3/5 drop on my ex 98 f-150 about a year 1/2 ago and now it seems that the front end may be a little lower. What, if anything, other than the springs would cause this?

That's probably it. All springs settle a little over time.

tire pressure

The springs will settle out after instalation, and some people experience spring sag even on stock springs. Look at a 98 compared to an 02 or 03 in ride height. Assuming both are 2x4...
