is it worth getting the coilovers? whats the advantage? i do a lot of driving but will also be offroad as well. do they provide any more lift? will i break the stock ones offroad?

 

if youre goin to get coil overs go with race runners, 800 for the pair, they will give u adjustable hieght from 0-3" and will out do fabtechs like nothing

 

The optional Dirtlogic coilover shocks have more aggressive damping for offroad use. Plus their larger size contains more oil which means they will not fade under heavy use as quickly as the standard coilover shocks. They also have adjustable spring preload that lets you fine tune your ride height, so they will probably allow you slightly more lift. The same goes for the Race Runners, Fox or King coilovers.

 

for sure get the king coil overs over the fabtech thats what i have on my truck and ithandles a hundred times better then stock in the desert...there about $1900 for all four with resevoirs and they bolt right in and fit 35s

 

I have brand new 2.5 Dirt Logics for sale in the classifieds for the 04-06 F-150 if interested. I am running a set right now and do like them much better than stock offroad, the firmness is adjustable with pressure in cylinder.
