Fabtech 3.5" + Spacer time to get some answers....please

Alright first post.

I'm amazed at the quality of trucks on this board . And the great information .

Been looking at the site for quite a while now and love it. So i've finally got the scrill together to complete the setup i've been eyeing for some while now.

Not great I know but it's my third Ford Truck and it's time to make one nice. I can't stand it plain anymore.
Truck 2004
F150 Heritage
Standard Cab
2wd
4.2 liter V6
Manual
Beige

I'm ideally looking to run 35 inchers.
Rims: 16x10 1059
Tires: Pro Comp Xterrain, Toyo MT, or Cooper Discovery MT
Lift: 3.5 inch spindle
1.5" daystar spacer
5 Inches total lift
Will trim a little if needed

Driving will be 90% street, and i don't romp it.
I want longevity and low maintence.
I don't want to worry about upkeep.

First off will 35's fit with the spindle and spacer combo?
2nd--Will the 4.2V6 push 35's in stock form? I'll need to roll it this way for a while.$$$$
I know, most likely I will need to regear. What should I go to 4.11?

What can I expect in terms of gas mileage. I think I get about 17 around town now. Will it drop to 12-15mpg?

Pricing: I got a quote from a local place for 1400 installed for just the spindle kit. And another 300 for the spacer? So 1700 Total......
I think it's way high.

Labor I thought would be about 300-400 total for the spacer/Spindle combo.

So basically my questions are:
Fitment?
Gears?
Mileage Expected Stock, and regeared?
Pricing?
Anyone got pics?
Of a older body style or newer standard cab on 35's?

Anyways,
Appreciate any input and I love the board.

You can probably squeeze 35's on there if you use 8 inch wide wheels. Since you have a V6, I'd go with 4.56 or 4.88 gears.
