How difficult is it to install your self. i do not know alot about these kits.

They space the strut/coilover assembly to give you a lift.

Instead of doing an add-a-leaf I would suggest going with firestone airbags for the rear. Not much more expensive and it gives you total control over leveling with a load without any extra spring rate when it's not in use, unlike an add-a-leaf which is going to firm up the rear all the time. I installed the bags on mine and I love them, they also act like a sway bar when they have some air in them.
