Question about spacers?

I recently put some 2" spacers on my front wheels on my truck ( 03 4x4 screw) and now when I drive it around 30 mph or so, it feels like the tires are woobling/vibrating. So I took it home and retightened all the lug nuts, and it still does it. Do you think I need to get my tires rebalanced????

yep- any time you modify the front suspension it has to be re-aligned...

Are you talking about wheel spacers or a spacer such as a leveling kit?

good call thump- 2" is a good sized spacer- you can actually over-tighten your lugnuts, so id make sure all of them were tightened to spec (loosen them all, and re-torque) and see if that helped- if it still wobbles, then try rebalancing-
nix the alignment, as this is not suspension related...

these are your problem. if they are not a perfect fit then they will throw the wheel hub out of balance. they need to fit onto the hub tightly and center on the hub flange. if they are loose then you'll never get them centered and they will make the wheel wobble.

what kind did you get?
