Pro comp MX6's or Bilstein 5100's?

2003 F150, 3" body lift, 7.5" fabtech, should i replace the fabtech shocks with the MX6 adjustable shocks or the Bilstein 5100s?

I have had both on my truck and I perfer the MX6's on and off-road. If you get them take-off the dust covers water builds up there and can cause rust.

i was looking into the 5150's but apparently i do not have a spot for them, somthing about an extra spot for the valve or dual schock

i'm not sure, the guy at 4wheel parts could have been wrong, but i doubt it,

i was greatly dissapointed since i found a pair for $100
