Sqeeking, not from brakes

I got a squeeking noise coming from my wheels (not sure front or rear), and it's not when I have my brakes on. I recently greased my zerk fittings on the front end (didn't see any on the rear end), but I'm still hearing the squeek, and it's intermittant. Is it the bearings crying to be repacked?

Could be your ball joints and/or pitman arm.

I had the same problem.Check your brakes.Almost all brake shoes have little metal "tattletales" that rub the rotor when your brake pads get wore down.Makes a aggravating noise. Also if you have rear disc, there are seperate pads for your park brake. They're on the inside of the brake rotor. Could be U-joints too.
