Question wobble in front end PLEASE HELP

i have a 99 f150 4x4 with 4.6 with 82000 on itand when im driving at any speed and i hit uneven road or a bump even if small the front wheels feel like they keep hopping. it like shakes the whole front end. its not like an OMG im gonna wreck its just not a very nice ride at all and it kinda worries me. it doesnt throw the truck in either direction and it doesnt feel like im gonna loose control but it feels like front shocks are bad. but i have changed all 4 shocks both lower ball joints both outer tre's and my idler arm all withing say 5000 miles. the tires are also fairly new with only maybe 10000 miles on them and they were rotated recently. this has been happening for a while now and after i changed each of these things it would seem just a little better for like a week and then it went right back to how it was. it just makes me mad everytime i drive it cause it rides like ****. you kinda feel it in the steering wheel but it doesnt jerk it or anything. it feels like the wheels just keep bouncing up and down to long. please help
thanks
jesse

Check hub bearing play and make sure the axel stub nuts are tight too....that's about all that's left except the alignment.

I had a warped rotor from the factory, and it can really be deceiving.
The best way to feel it is under light braking at slow speed, like rolling to a stop.
The forward pulling / pulsing can feel like an up and down sensation.

check the brake rotors and even go in for a tire balance... if there is enough weight in the wrong area... u will feel it ... is it at slow or higher speeds? or both

stutter

hey man,
i am having the same problem. I just replaced both rotors and rear drums. It did not fix the problem. i think it could be the ball joints or the upper A arm bushings, they look kinda decayed. I wish i knew what to do because it feels like the truck is gonna fall apart. As a result of the stutter all the interior pannels and door skins now rattle and shake it sounds terrible. if you find out how to fix it please let me know. Thanks in advance!

My 99 does this to. Driving me crazy! I had the tires balanced still same. New shocks ...still the same. It will drive straight no shimmy at all sometimes and if I hit a bump in the road a certain way well it starts shimmying. Then i jerk the wheel either direction and hold a tad bit of pressure it slowly goes away. If I let the steering be at rest going straight on a highway it will do it sometimes till I put a bit of pressure either way! Feels like a jalopy. I like the truck except this fuggin problem. I have noticed the upper c/a bushings o the drivers side squeeking a bit. I also think maby the steering box could be the culprit. Is that possible?
