Shock Recommendations?

I just installed a 2" front and 4" Eibach Drop Kit for my 2006 Ford F-150 SuperCrew. I'm pleased with the looks! What recommendations would you suggest for front struts/rear shocks?

Thanks,
Jim

Bilsteins

I was on the phone with Bilstein this morning. I told them that I was lowering my truck 2/4, and asked what would they recommend for shocks. They said that they they don't have a shock for that application. They said if I was only going to lower it just a little bit, then I could use their shocks. That was the exact information that I got from the high performance shop that would be doing my lowering. I didn't believe him until Bilstein confirmed it.

Bilstein

To clarify the above post. Bilstein said that they do not specifically make a shock for lowered applications. Their shocks would work, but would it be the right setup? If your lowering a vehicle 2,3,or 4" you now would be taking that travel out of the shock. There are companies that specifically make shocks for lowered applications.
