front lift about the same is every thing else out there they use 1/4in steel like fabtech or rancho but in one of there options they ofter the 5in rear lift springs instead of the blocks so when you lift the rear i doesnt sag like the stock springs with blocks addleafs help as well but lift springs have a higher arch but both well allow more better ride, less body roll and some say better braking the lift block change nothing and well allow for a lot more body roll over you un lifted truck

hope this helps

I dont think they are any better than most of the other major brands for the 97-03. I had a Fabtech on my old '03 Supercrew and never had any problems.

thanks
im just wondering if i should get that over a fabtech or rcd, they are more expenive & it looks like they use a bigger cv spacer than fabtech
& then you have to buy shocks seperately
the only real reason im lookin at em is cause of the rear springs option
another question, when you install the lifts do you have to use the cv spacers?
