92 F150 Rear Leaf Troubles...
Hi guys, first post on here so I'll make it big and juicy.
I just recently bought a 1992 Ford F150 (4.9L 300-6, 5spd with 154k for $1,250). And I noticed that the back leaf springs are a big crooked. The truck seems to tilt alot on the passenger side (its really noticeable) about 2-3" higher than the drivers side. I was wondering if there was a easy (and cheap) way to balance them out. I was going to buy a lift kit for it and just raise it about 1-3" in the back but I was unsure if these un-even leaf springs would pose a problem for it. If need be I will post a picture of it sometime tomorrow.
Thanks in advance for any of the help!
