I heard that procomp just came out with a 4in. lift but it might only be for four wheel drive trucks.

I was just about to start a thread about this.

I also have a 2WD. Can I get a 3" suspension lift for it? I personally don't like the look of body lifts.

I want a 3" suspension lift with 285/75R17 Open Country Toyo A/Ts. Is this possible for a 2WD? Also, does a suspension lift automatically level the truck or do I need to get a leveling kit in addition to the lift? Does anyone have pictures of a truck similar to what I want?

Thanks.

They are not made for leveling spacers or kits, but many have done so with no problems...yet... I don't see why it should be a problem since you have a 2wd if you want to achieve more lift height.

Yes, you can fit 285/70-17's on your 4x2 with a 2.5 inch leveling kit and the OEM wheels.

Howz'it KaKa Brah,
I spent tree years on Oahu in Kaneohe. I sure miss the islands. I did some research and found that Skyjacker makes a system for your 4X2. It is a 3" lift system and comes with new shocks. The p/n is F4321K and sells for around 610.00 dollars. Go to Skyjackers web site and check it out.

No okolepuka hear... just good ole boy! Shaka Brah.

I installed 3' lift spindles up front and 2" blocks out back which kept the factory geometry and let me put 265/70/17s which I think are 31" overall (pic). I bought both spindles and blocks together on ebay for about $300. This might work for you JohnBoy because we have the same generation F150....I'm not too sure if it will work on Kaka's current generation model. My $.02 cents
