I have a westin grill guard on my 03 F150 4x4 and im looking for some height without haveing to go and get a suspension lift( bit pricey). I have been looking at a 3" BL but im not sure if that will work with the grill guard. If that won't work what is a good but relatively inexpensive suspension lift?

 

You will have to fabricate some brackets to raise the grill guard 3 inches if you go with a body lift.
