add-a-leaf

If i get an add-a-leaf and crank my T bars, I will put it on 33x12.50 on 16.5in rims. What backspacing will i need? Also is the hypertech chip worth the money to gain gas milage?

You need a wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing. However, I'd suggest going with a 16x10 inch wheel over a 16.5x9.75. You will have a much larger selection of wheels and tires with 16's. Plus you don't have to worry about the 16.5's poorly designed bead.
