Did you mean to say "I want to soften the ride?"

And tell us more about your truck...year, options, 2wd, 4wd, and what you plan on doing with it. also wheels/tires matter as well. Then we can go from there

Soften the ride

2000 F-150 4x4 non off road model, Factory spec tires. I only haul light weight stuff. Like every time my sister gets a new couch I have to hual it.
Don't go off road Would like a better ride around town.

Replace your shocks with a ride type quality. Have your tires siped( slittiing of the tread).
