so my friend jason has the same truck as me jsut in red and his is an FX4. he isnt going to be doing alot of off roading but hes going to be doing some with me (once i get my lift done) now his is mostly going to be a road truck and for looks. should he still spend the money for the fabtech or rancho or should he go with something cheaper like the tuff country or something? (2005 F-150 6 inch lift)

 

i say spend the money. just in case he does decide to offroad. he wont have to worry about parts breaking. yes parts will break but the more quality ones wont as easily.

 

Whether or not he goes off road or not doesn't matter. He should spend the little bit of extra money for a higher quality lift.

 

Agreed, even if its gonna be a road queen, dont skimp on the suspension lift. Not a good place to cheap out.
