My rearend just crapped out on me the other day and i'm looking for another one to stick in there.

It's an 8.8 3:55 locking rearend and thats what i was looking to put back in there. i found a lighting rear end thats 9.75 3:55 posi, will that bolt up with out too much mods?

also i was looking on doing a 6" lift with 35's, if i get a locking rearend like the one i currently have can i regear without losing the locking part?

What kind of price range is it for regearing to something lower?
