Will the Ford Performance parts Kit #M3000L work on a 2001 S'crew 2wd.

It says that it will work on all 99-03 L and Harley truck. I thought that the harley truck and the S'crew were the same suspension.

Also if using that kit would I have to replace the shocks or would the stock size still work.
