Need help with unknown noise

I have a 2002 SuperCrew FX4. It is making a rythmic noise at all speed that sounds like "whomp, whomp, whomp" Since hearing the noise, I have new tires, turned rotors and new front ones, new shocks, new ceramic pad all the way around, readjusted the emergency brake tension, and had tires balanced and alignment checked?

Any ideas what this might be? I also have a grinding noise every so often. I thought this was a warped rotor or warn pads, but they are new and show no wear. Once rotors were completed, noise continued.

Please help...........

I had something like that and it was my shift fork in my front end, the bushing was gone and it was trying to engage into 4wd. My front drive shaft was turning all the time making the road noise, and the grinding noise was from the shift fork in the front end. Don't know if this is the same noise you are talking about. I guess its hard to describe what something sounds like on a computer. Hope this helps.

How did you find out that it was the shift fork and also, what was your repair cost/ difficulty?
