IMO with the right tire/wheel combo, and some good performance upgrades theres nothing wrong with dropping a TWO WHEEL DRIVE truck. Whats the point of lifting it if your only going to ruin your gas mileage. Its obviously not to increase your off road prowess.

BUT, to each his own.
thats true. you just reminded me of this guy who used to tell people oh you should lift this and do this and that it would be cool blah blah blah...etc. sorry 2 wheel drives do look better dropped.

the drivetrain makes no differance on the appearance. a 2wd can be modified to look like a 4wd and vise-versa. saying one looks better one way is like saying the 4.6 looks better than 5.4. ive seen many lifted 2wd drive trucks that look sweet but dont notice its 2wd til i take a closer look.
