MPG depends alot on location and your driving habits, i get around 12 city and 14 highway with crappy cali gas but when i go visit my folks in arizona i get 14 city and 16 highway, so it depends on alot of thing like elivation and humidity and ambient air temp, but if you set your truck up right you would probably see about the same as me(all speculation), good luck
