Need help with the trimming

I just got my truck back after having the 3" Rought Country Spindles alogn with BFG A/T 285/75/16

They do rub a little in the front, but what I found is that they rub on a spot that has metal behind it. Ive trimmed it as much as i could.

Is there any bad side affects from the tires rubbing on the plastic?

Im gonna work on it somemore tomorrow, but I just wanted to see what you guys thought.

Mainly noise. They may eventually rub a hole through the plastic if they are rubbing bad enough. You may try running a ziptie through the plastic and pulling it back out of the way.

alright, I was thinking about doing that zip tie thing also

but on the drivers side it seems to be rubbing in a spot with metal behind it, I guess i will just have to live with the rubbing on that spot

I may get a 1.5 leveling kit to help it out

thanks for the quick responce wandell

here are some pics of the truck after doing some muddin....
