Would it hurt anything to put a dab of silicone grease in the shock bushing before installation to prevent squeeks? And would this also make the bushings last longer? These are Rancho 5000's with the rubber bushings fyi.

It wont hurt. But I didnt put any grease on them when I put them on my truck, and I dont have any problems with the shocks squeeking.
