another ? for bigtruck

i have a 97 f150 hat looks much like yours and i have a 6" fabtech lift and am getting ready to put a 3" body llift and was jsut wondering if you had any rubbing off the 38's bc i was only going to put 37's on instead of the 35's i have now.. but if 38" 15.50 fits then that is exactly what i want to go with... thanks for any help

to get the 38" 15.5" to fit you will have to do a couple of things, first you will need to take a sawzall to the nub on the lower controll arms(1st pic), second you will need to fab up a bracket for the rear D/S parking brake cable, or for a quick fix ziptie it out of the way(pic 2), 3rd you will need to crank up those torsion bars to 3-4 threads from all the way maxed(if you need a pic i got one) 4 you will need to cut some of the front valance(pic 3) you do all this and it wont rub(at least not on my 03) good luck

Thanks For The Help

Thanks For The Help... Now Hopefully Everything Works Out Ok.. I Already Cut The Valence To Fit The 35's With The 6" Lift.. And That Made It No Rubbing... But Hopefully If I Do What You Say I Can Run 38's With No Rub Either.... Thanks Again
